Melissa is a Native Texan and has lived in the Houston area as long as she can remember. Her career in real estate began in 1999 as a sales rep with a new home builder and has evolved into earning a broker’s license and leading a top performing team.

Melissa oversees operations, team staffing, marketing and training for the team.

With a background in business consulting and new home construction he understands the business side of real estate. Ryan has helped buyers at every stage of their real estate life: from a first home to finding the perfect lot and building your custom, dream home (and everything in between). Sue is an experienced Realtor who has been part of the Build Buy Sell Team since 2014. She began as a transaction coordinator before transitioning to the role of Realtor. Sue is communicative, thorough and detail-oriented and will be with you every step of the way.

Her attention to detail makes her an expert on the contract to close process. That experience is invaluable to the clients she assists.

Since 1999 Cathy has been working

in diverse areas of Houston's real estate community. Her journey began as an on-site sales representative for a Houston based home builder.

Cathy transitioned into the mortgage industry and spent 5 years advising clients on the financial side of the transaction. Always up for a new experience, Cathy then ventured into working with real estate investors and settled into property management while building her own investment portfolio.  

In 2017 she "retired" to residential real estate.

Casie started her real estate career in 2014 in Houston, where she was born, raised, and lived for 36 years. She is a real estate investor and now calls New Braunfels home.

Casie brings a wealth of Hill Country knowledge to the team. A Graduate of Texas A&M ‘05, she spent several years in education before finding her passion for real estate. In her free time, she can be found exploring the TX Hill country, camping at state parks and discovering new places to swim with her family.
